About cancelling orders
We accept cancelling the order before production or delivery. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. If the product has been shipped, we can't cancel the order for you because we can't intercept the order during transportation. But you can refuse to sign for the express when it is delivered
About returning and exchanging goods
We accept the return or replacement of goods. Customers have the right to apply for return or replacement within 30 days after receiving the products.
To be eligible for return or, your item must be unused and in the same condition as the item you received. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers can only charge freight once at most (including return); No purchase fee will be charged to consumers when returning goods.
About refund
After receiving and checking your return, we will send you a notification by email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed immediately and the original payment method will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Refund for delay or loss
If you have not received the refund, please check your collection account again first.
Then contact your credit card company and your refund may take some time to be officially announced. Because it usually takes some processing time before contacting your bank and issuing a refund. If you have completed all these but still do not receive a refund, please contact us support@zierso.com, and then contact our customer service support@zierso.com for the reply address.
